Cooperation between researchers and town planners

In a number of European towns bat surveys have been carried out during the past years. Thus, it is now possible to compile written reports on this work. Below is the list of towns studied by our „Bats in towns“ team, including years of study, and species of bats found there.

In case of interest please contact us to order the full report. This requires certain amount of indoor work such as identifying bats from recorded sounds, putting bats on the map, describing the habitats studied as well as bat counting methods used. Therefore, we shall be pleased to agree on a relatively small amount of money to cover part of the cost of those studies.

Thank you for your interest in the topic of „Bats in towns“!

From now on we are looking for a nice cooperation between researchers and those who plan human activities in European towns.

On behalf of our „Bats in towns“ team,

Sincerely yours,
